Refund policy

• Because the items are self-made and unless there is an issue with your order, all sales are final.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 10 days of delivery.
• All items approved for return must arrive to my studio space BEFORE refunds are processed.
• Approved issues will be refunded to the original form of payment.
• All items must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds DO NOT include original shipping costs OR return shipping labels unless the error was on our end.
